We are committed to consultation with those who live and work in the area and other relevant stakeholders.

There are two stages of the consultation. This is the first stage and is pre-application consultation led by Mears Group.

You can take part in this stage and give your feedback on the plans prior to submission of the planning application by completing the survey below. The second stage is formal consultation. This stage will take place once the application is submitted and be led by Sheffield Council who will write to residents and business owners in the local area.

Mears will continue to accept feedback during both stages.
